Record the operation
Find the customer, pick or create the beneficiary in Cuba, and build the service. If the customer already exists, you reuse their record instead of duplicating it.

Take payment and track it
Register a full or partial payment and the balance recalculates itself. The operation moves through its states until delivery in the destination municipality.

Close the day
Issue the receipt, check the cash drawer and read the reports on sales, outstanding payments and profit. All from the same data, not a separate sheet.

Paste the customer's message. Review the draft. Confirm.
Assisted intake reads the message as it arrives — nicknames, half-finished addresses, an amount buried mid-sentence — and proposes an operation with customer, beneficiary, destination and amount already separated. You review and confirm: the AI proposes, it never saves on its own.

FAQ
What agencies ask before they start.
Can I bring over what I have in Excel?
Yes. Customers and beneficiaries can be loaded from your current sheets; the old history can stay as reference while the day's work already runs inside CargoVi. On plans with migration support we help you with that first load.
Who can see my agency's data?
Only your agency. Every record is isolated by agency at the database level, so neither another agency on the system nor a user without permission reaches your customers, your amounts or your beneficiaries.
Does it work if I sell only one service?
Yes. You can turn on remittances only, parcels only, or whichever ones you use. The modules you don't sell stay out of the way, and you can enable them later without reloading customers.
How many staff can use it at once?
As many as your plan includes. Each person signs in with their own user and their own role, so you know who recorded each operation and who took each payment.
What happens when a customer disputes a delivery?
You open the claim from the original operation. It stays linked to that remittance or parcel, with its history and its resolution, so you're not hunting for a conversation from three weeks ago.
Does the AI decide anything for me?
No. Assisted intake only proposes a draft from the message you paste. Nothing is saved until you review and confirm it, and whatever it could not find is flagged rather than made up.
